Our Process
We ethically source high-quality, specialty-grade beans from smallholder farmers, selecting coffees for their character, clarity and consistency. With a focus on single origin lots, each coffee is chosen to reflect the true expression of its region. Roasting takes place in small batches on our 15kg drum roaster, allowing for precision, balance and careful flavour development. As a one-man operation, every stage from sourcing to roasting is personally overseen, ensuring exceptional attention to detail in every bag.
